Returns and Exchanges
- How to return:
You have a term of 14 days from the reception of the order made in www.eltocadordevictoria.es
The withdrawal period shall expire 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquire material possession of the goods and there shall be no option of return.
You must write to email@example.com requesting the return of your order no. xxxxxx and we will explain the steps to follow.
Once you receive the confirmation, you must send it here:

From your return request, you have 14 days MAXIMUM for us to receive it.
You must send us the product in perfect condition and with the original packaging. Also add the return form that you will have received with your order. If you don’t have it, you can request it by email.
Once you have made the shipment, please notify us by email so that we can be aware of its receipt.
Once we receive the package in the workshop, we will process the immediate return. We will refund the payment for the products received, including the initial shipping costs (as long as the shipping costs have not been free of charge. And proportional to the product, i.e. if you buy three garments and return one, you will be refunded the proportional postage of the only garment returned). The refund will be made by the same method of payment used in your purchase (paypal or card).
Returns will be charged to the customer. We will not accept shipments with postage due or cash on delivery and will not be paid in any case the return postage.
The return shipment must be tracked. You can do it by Postal Mail or by Transport Agency but unless you can be located. An ordinary shipment does not guarantee that the package will reach its destination or that it will be able to know its location. The customer will be responsible for complying with this shipping requirement.
Personalised, customised or Outlet items cannot be returned. If applicable, we will issue a voucher for the amount spent with an expiry date of 2 months from the date of creation.
For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear and hair accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Change of size:
If you want to make a size change, you must place a new order on our website of the new desired size and request the return of the one you have in your possession at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Then you must follow the above steps.
